Option management

Use this page to set up integration options relevant to your application.

System administrators can set up users to only see integrations that they use.

Dependencies between menus and pages are important considerations and you need to manage them carefully.

If an integration option is set to OFF, people in your organization no longer have access to the related pages and settings.

On the Option management page, administrators can switch application integration options on or off. This ensures that users can only see the options they have access to.

Option types

Go to the Option management page. There are various types of options to consider:

  • Financial

  • Tax

  • Services

  • Other

Finance integrations

You can activate or deactivate the Sage Intacct finance integration.

If you turn off the Active switch and there is a French or German company on the tenant you receive a warning message this is also deactivates AP/AR postings to the general ledger for that company.

Tax integrations

You can activate or deactivate the Avalara tax integration in this section.

Sage Service Fabric

You can activate or deactivate Sage Service Fabric options such as tax ID controls from this section. The following options are available in this section:

  • Tax ID validation

  • Configuration

Other integrations

You can activate or deactivate the Sage HR option in this section.

Activate the option

You can activate integration options. Related fields, pages, and integration data are activated and displayed. When you turn the Active switch ON and save, the configuration page link displays so you can access the applicable integration or service configuration page.

Deactivate the option

You can deactivate integration options. Related fields, pages, and integration data are removed and can no longer be accessed. The Configuration page link is also removed.
