This page describes the fields on the DATEV export page in alphabetical order.
DATEV export settings
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | Enter a 30-character unique ID for the export record. |
| Company | Select a German company. |
| Start and End dates | Enter a date range to include data within those dates. By default, the previous month is entered. |
| Fiscal year start | Enter the start of the fiscal year. The current year is entered by default. |
| Dimension type 1 | Enter or select an active dimension or attribute. |
| Dimension type 2 | Enter or select an active dimension or attribute that is different from type 1. |
| Export journal entries | Select to include journal entries for the given time range. |
| Export account | Select to include accounts for the selected company. |
| Export customers and suppliers | Select to include customers and suppliers. |
| Locked | This is selected by default and refers to a required field in the header of the exported file. |
