Field descriptions: Production receipt

The production tracking posted date.

The financial site the production site is associated with.

The production tracking reference.

The production tracking reference posted status.

Draft: The production tracking is not yet posted. You might need to enter stock details for the received items.

Completed: The production tracking posted successfully. The work order completed quantity and production costs have been updated.

In progress: The production receipt has been created from a work order tracked directly from the bill of material. It is not yet posted. You might need to enter stock details for the received items.

Error: The production tracking posting failed. Select the Error status. A Stock transaction errors window displays the reasons the production tracking posting failed.

Indicates if production of the released item for the work order is complete and has ceased.

If selected, the Completed checkbox was selected in the production tracking record because production of the released item for the work order is complete and has ceased.

If clear, production is continuing.

The finished item code received from production for the work order.

The item is defined as a bill of material.

The quantity of the item received from production for the work order.

The quantity is expressed in the Stock unit defined on the Item record.

The stock item posted status. This column is only displayed if the production tracking posting failed.

The serial number or the lowest of a range of serial numbers on the finished items.

The quantity of sequential serial numbers on the finished items.

1 if the finished items have ad hoc serial numbers.
