Field descriptions: Work order mass allocation
This page describes the fields for the Work order mass allocation page. The fields in each section are listed in alphabetical order.

Action | The stock procedure to perform on the work orders. This can be a mass stock Allocation to all or selected work orders or a mass Deallocation to clear allocated stock from all or selected work orders. |
Company |
The parent company name. If you select the production Site first, this field is set to the parent company for the selected site. |
Description |
The reference for the mass allocation or mass deallocation results set. This is a free-format text field. Use it to identify the set of allocation or deallocation results in the Allocation result inquiry page. |
From item To item |
The stock item name. Enter or select the same item code for the From item and To item fields to filter for a single stock item stored at the Site or warehouse to allocate to/deallocate from work orders. Enter or select the required item codes to filter for a range of stock items. Leave blank to include all stock items. |
From operation To operation |
The work order operation sequence number. Enter or select the same operation sequence number for the From operation and To operation fields to include all components to allocate/deallocate for a specific operation sequence number. Enter or select the required operation numbers to filter for a range of operation sequence numbers. Leave blank to include all work order operation sequence numbers. |
From released item To released item |
The item name to be made. The released item is defined as a bill of material. Enter or select the same item code for the From released item and To released item fields to include all components to allocate/deallocate for a single released item. Enter or select the required item codes to filter for a range of released items. Leave blank to include all released items. |
From work order To work order |
The work order reference. Enter or select the same work order reference for the From work order and To work order fields to include all components to allocate/deallocate for a single work order. Enter or select the required work order references to filter for a range of work orders. Leave blank to include all work orders. |
Latest start date |
The latest work order production start date. If you select a work order start date, stock will be allocated to/deallocated from all components of all work orders with a start date on or before the entered date. Leave blank to allocate stock to/deallocate stock from all work orders at the selected site. |
Site |
The production site name. You need to enter a production site. If you select the parent Company first, you can only select from sites that belong to the parent company. |
New batch task window
Displayed when you select the Schedule action. Use the window to schedule an automatic mass allocation or deallocation task for the work orders or component items at the site that meet the selection criteria.

At time |
The time to run the job. The time is in 24-hour format. This field only displays for a recurring schedule. |
Cron expression |
Defines the specific commands or scripts to use for the automated batch task. |
Days |
The days of the week to run the job. You select the days the job runs. This field only displays for a weekly recurring schedule. |
Job definition | The job that runs. The job is defined as Mass auto allocation. You cannot change the job definition. |
Recurrence |
The run frequency of a recurring job. You can run the job daily or weekly. This field only displays if Schedule is set to Recurring. |
Schedule |
The batch task run frequency. Run once: The job runs at a time that you decide. It does not repeat, but you define when and at what time the job runs. Recurring: The job repeats on a schedule you define. You can delay the start and decide if the job runs daily or weekly. And you can decide when the job stops repeating. |
Start date | The first date to run the job. The default date is the current date. The date needs to be in the future if the job schedule is Run once. |
Start time | The time to run the job on the Start date. The default time is the current time. The time is in 24-hour format. |
Stop date |
The date to stop repeating the job. This field only displays for a recurring schedule. |
Stop time |
The time to stop the recurring job. The time is in 24-hour format. This field only displays for a recurring schedule. |

The default run value for each setting related to the specific job. You can edit the default value for each parameter. stockAllocationParameters: The reference for the job. This is a free-format text field. Use it to identify the mass allocation or mass deallocation job. data: The stock procedure to perform on the work order components. This can be a mass stock allocation to all or selected work order components or a mass deallocation to clear allocated stock from all or selected work orders. filter: Filters for work orders at the production site to process. |
