| Last synchronization |
The last time the data Type was last synchronized and updated to the database tables needed for an MRP calculation request. Blank if the data Type has never been synchronized with MRP. |
| Last synchronization status |
The status of the MRP synchronization run. Success: The database tables needed for an MRP calculation request have been updated with the current data records for the data Type. In progress: MRP is currently being synchronized with the data Type. Error: The synchronization process failed. Rerun the synchronization. Blank if the data Type has never been synchronized with MRP. |
| Synchronize all records |
Indicates if all data records for the data Type need to be synchronized with the database tables needed for an MRP calculation request. When selected, all existing records in the MRP database tables for the data Type are deleted before resynchronizing and updating the MRP database tables with the current data records for the data Type. |
| Synchronize deletions |
Indicates if all records deleted from the data Type after the last synchronization run need to be deleted from the database tables needed for an MRP calculation request. When selected, all records in the MRP database tables for the data Type that no longer exist are deleted before resynchronizing and updating the MRP database tables with the current data records for the data Type. |
