ID | The ID code for the location sequence number. |
Name | The name of the location sequence number. |

Constant | This component never changes when the location sequence number for a record is generated. You can use it to define the document type. For example, FRO for Frozen location. |
Length | The length of the component. |
Number of locations | The number of location records that can be attached to the location sequence number. It is automatically calculated based on the structure of the sequence number and the sequence length. |
Sequence number length | The total length of the location sequence number, all components included. |
Start value End value |
The start value is the value for the first location sequence number generated. The end value is the value for the last location sequence number generated. The values go up from the start value to the end value. These values can be alphabetical or numerical depending on the component type. Example with numerical values
Define the location sequence number for frozen locations. The components are:
Create a location in the frozen area in the Location page. The first sequence number generated is FRO01. The values for the location sequence numbers go up from FRO01 to FRO30: FRO01, FRO02, FRO03, and so on, until FRO30. The last sequence number generated is FRO30. Example with alphabetical values
Define the location sequence number for indoor locations. The components are:
Create a location in the indoor area in the Location page. The first sequence number generated is INDA0A. The values for the location sequence numbers go up from INDA0A to INDA0Z: INDA0A, INDA0B, INDA0C, and so on, until INDA0Z. The last sequence number generated is INDA0Z. |
