| Date time | The date and time the stock allocation or deallocation process completed. |

The results reference entered for a sales order or work order mass allocation. |
| Document type | The type of document updated by the stock allocation or deallocation process. |
| From item To item |
The stock item name. For a mass allocation or deallocation process, the single or range of stock items stored at the site or warehouse included in the mass process. Blank if all stock items were included or a single order was updated. |
| From order number To order number |
The order reference. The single or range of sales or work orders included in the stock allocation or deallocation process. Blank if all sales or work orders were included. |
| Process ID | The identification code assigned to the process by the system. |
| Process type |
Identifies the source of the stock allocation or deallocation process. Document: An individual order was updated manually. Mass process: Orders were updated by a mass allocation or deallocation process. |
| Request type |
The stock procedure performed on the sales orders or work orders. Allocation: Stock was reserved. Deallocation: Reserved stock was cleared. |
| Status |
The stock allocation or deallocation status. Completed: The stock allocation or deallocation process is complete. In progress: Stock is currently being allocated to or deallocated from an order. Error: The stock allocation or deallocation process failed. Not started: The stock allocation or deallocation process for an order included in the set of orders to be updated by a mass allocation process has not yet started. |

| Document number |
The individual order number updated by the stock allocation or deallocation process. |
| Document type | The type of order updated by the stock allocation or deallocation process. |
| Item | The stock item name. |
| Item ID | The stock item code. |
| Quantity processed |
The quantity of the Item allocated and reserved for the order or deallocated from the order. The quantity is expressed in the Stock unit defined on the Item record. |
| Quantity to process |
The total quantity of the Item to allocate and reserve for the order or to deallocate from the order. The quantity is expressed in the Stock unit defined on the Item record. |
| Shortage quantity |
The quantity of the Item in shortage. This field is only displayed if the Request type is Allocation. |
| Status |
The stock item allocation or deallocation status. Completed: The stock allocation or deallocation process is complete for the item. Error: The stock allocation or deallocation process for the item failed. |
| Stock site |
The stock site name. |
