Use this page to trace transactions that have used a specific lot or serial number. The search lists all stock journals that reference the lot or serial number. You can also find a link to view each individual transaction document.
For instance, if you are a goods manufacturer, you can track a raw material's lot number to find out which products contain it. You can also track which customers these products were sold to. This feature is the easiest way to check where your items went out.

Inquire on a lot or a serial number
To find a transaction on this page, follow these steps:
- Enter the Lot or Serial number.
- Select Search.
The Item name is displayed.
The Site name is displayed if all the stock is available in one site. The Site field is blank if the stock is split between several sites.
The quantity on hand is displayed.
The Results grid displays the list of all documents where the lot number or serial number has been used. The document type and document number are displayed. You can select this number to access the document page.
The Customer is displayed if the document is a sales shipment, a sales return, or a sales return receipt.
The Supplier is displayed if the document is a purchase receipt or a purchase return.
Export
You can export the results to an Excel or a CSV file.
