| Active |
This field is active by default. You can switch to OFF to make this entry type inactive. In that case, it is not used for creating journal entries. |
| Document type | This field displays the document type delivered by Sage. |
| Immediate posting | When this switch is on, a journal entry is immediately generated when you post a document. You can switch to OFF if you do not want this action. |
| Legislation |
This field displays the legislation delivered by Sage. |
