Criteria block

Field Description
Category

The item category.

The list of item categories includes those delivered by Sage and item categories created by your organization that identify with your production and sales processes.
From item
To item

The stock item name.

To filter for a single stock item stored at the Site or warehouse to count, enter or select the same item code for the From item and To item fields.

To include a range of stock items stored at the Site or warehouse in the count, enter or select the required item codes.

To count all stock items stored at the Site or warehouse, leave blank.
In stock only Indicates whether only items that are in stock are counted if switched ON. If switched OFF both items in and out of stock are counted.
Items not counted as of

The previous stock count date at the Site or warehouse.

Select a date to only include items in the stock count results set that were last counted before the selected date or have never been counted.

Leave blank if all stock items stored at the Site or warehouse can be selected for the stock count.
Site

The stock site or warehouse name.

You need to select a stock site.

Field Description
Date

The date of the physical stock count. The default is today’s date.
Description

The reference for the Stock count results set.

This is a free-format text field. Use it to identify the set of stock count results.

Select all

The checkbox is selected by default. All stock items at the Site or warehouse based on your selection criteria will be included in the stock count when selected.
Field Description
Item

The stock item code.
Location

The specific location in the storage Zone at the stock Site or warehouse.

Location management is only possible if activated for the stock site.
Lot

The identification number or batch code of the item storage lot.

Lot management is only possible if the Item is managed by lot on the Item record.
Quantity

The total quantity of the item in the specific storage Location and Lot at the stock Site.

Lot details are only included if the Item is managed by lot on the Item record.

The quantity is expressed in the Stock unit defined for the item.
Status

The inspection and quality assurance rating of the item in the specific storage Location and Lot at the stock Site.

Lot details are only included if the Item is managed by lot on the Item record.
Sublot The subdivision of the lot. A sublot is for the same item as the lot but might be in a different location at the stock Site, have a different status, and a different quantity to the lot.
Zone The storage zone name in the stock Site or warehouse.
