Field descriptions: Storage zone

Field Description
Available capacity The sum of the unused capacities of the locations in the storage zone shown as a percentage of their total storage capacity. The locations and their capacity statistics are listed in the Locations grid. This is a calculated field and you cannot edit it.
ID The storage zone unique identifier.
Name The storage zone name.
Site The site where the storage zone is situated.
Total storage capacity The sum of the capacities of the locations in the storage zone (Weight, Volume, and Capacity fields). The locations and their capacity statistics are listed in the Locations grid. This is a calculated field and you cannot edit it.
Type

The type of storage zone, such as Frozen or Secured. The list is provided by Sage and cannot be amended.
Used capacity The sum of the used capacities of the locations in the storage zone (Used weight, Used volume, and Used capacity fields). The locations and their capacity statistics are listed in the Locations grid. This is a calculated field and you cannot edit it.

Locations grid

Field Description
Available capacity The number of items that can still be stored in the location, displayed graphically as a percentage bar.
Available volume The volume that can still be stored in the location, displayed graphically as a percentage bar.
Available weight The weight that can still be stored in the location, displayed graphically as a percentage bar.
Capacity The total number of items that can be stored in the location.
ID The location ID.
Name The location name.
Used capacity The number of items currently stored in the location.
Used volume The total volume of all items currently stored in the location.
Used weight The maximum weight that the location can contain.
Volume The location volume capacity.
Weight The maximum volume that the location can contain.
