Sage FRP 1000 configuration

Use this function to:

• Set the credentials and URL to be able to connect to Sage FRP 1000
• See the history of API calls to Sage FRP 1000

Configure the connection to Sage FRP 1000

In Sage FRP 1000

1. Log into Sage FRP 1000 with administration rights.
2. Go to the Menu Administration Web menu.
3. Go to Administration > Gestion des jetons d'accès.
4. Select Créer un jeton.
5. Enter the required information:
1. The description
2. The expiration date
3. The user
4. The company perimeter
6. The token is generated automatically.
7. Save your changes.

In Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations

1. Turn the Active toggle on.
2. Enter the user's email address to connect to the Sage FRP 1000 environment.
3. Enter the user's password to connect to the Sage FRP 1000 environment.
4. Enter the token generated from Sage FRP 1000 used to connect to the API.
5. Enter the endpoint to create the URL to connect to Sage FRP 1000.
6. Enter the subdomain to create the URL to connect to Sage FRP 1000.
7. Save your changes.
8. Select the Test connection button to check that your connection between Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations and Sage FRP 1000 is well established.

Delete the connection to Sage FRP 1000

Deactivate the connection

If you no longer want the connection to be active but do not want to delete it definitively:

In Sage FRP 1000

1. Log into Sage FRP 1000 with administration rights.
2. Go to the Menu Administration Web menu.
3. Go to Administration > Gestion des jetons d'accès.
4. Select the Désactivé checkbox on the token's line.
5. Save your changes.

In Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations

1. Turn the Active toggle off.
2. Save your modification.

Delete the connection definitively

In Sage FRP 1000

1. Log into Sage FRP 1000 with administration rights.
2. Go to the Menu Administration Web menu.
3. Go to Administration > Gestion des jetons d'accès.
4. Select the token's line.
5. Select Supprimer ce jeton.
6. Save your changes.

In Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations

1. Erase the content from all the fields.
2. Save your modification.

API history tab

On this history tab, you can see:

• All imports made from Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations and Sage FRP 1000
• All successes and fails, with the associated error or success messages

Select the import's notification ID to see more technical details in the Communication panel on the right.

If an error occurred, you can also retry to import. Select the Retry button at the end of the line to do so.

You can add comments in the Communication field.
