Authorization group list
An authorization group allows to cross two types of information and assign them to users:

Role-based access control (RBAC) information for access to activities.

Attribute-based access control (ABAC) information. It includes site filtering, user access filtering, data sensitivity filtering, and access code filtering.
Use this page to manage your authorization groups. From this page, you can:

Create authorization groups

Visualize and edit existing authorization groups

The Roles and activities and Users tabs display information set in the Roles and Users pages. You need to define these settings on these two other pages.
Create an authorization group

Select Add group.

Enter the authorization group's identification and name.

Enter or select the user roles that belong to the authorization group.

Enter or select the site groups that belong to the authorization group.

Save your changes.
Edit an authorization group

Select an existing authorization group from the list. You can either select:

The link in the Name field

The More actions > Edit button on the user's line

Edit the elements you need to update.

Save your changes.
To add activities to a role:

Go to the Roles page.

Select a role from the list.
-
Select the different activities and related rights you want to assign to the role.

Save your changes.
To associate users to your authorization group:

Go to the Users page.
-
Create or select a user from the selection panel.

Enter or select the user's authorization group.

Save your changes.
Delete an authorization group
There are two ways of deleting an authorization group.
Delete from the authorization group list

Select the More actions > Delete button on the line of the authorization group you want to remove.

A message displays. Select Delete to confirm your deletion.
Delete from the authorization group's page

From the list, select the link in the Name field of the authorization group you want to delete to go to the authorization group's page.

Select Edit authorization group.

Click the Delete icon.

A message displays. Select Delete to confirm your deletion.
