Users
Use this page to manage your users. From this page, you can:

Enter general information for users

Associate users with authorization groups

When you first go to the Users page, you land on a list of all the existing users. For each user on the list, you can see the following information:

Their profile picture

The user's first name, last name, and email address

The indication of whether it is an API user (the toggle is on) or not (the toggle is off)
This column does not display by default. You need to select it from the grid's column settings.
You can filter users by selecting one of the following filters:

All: Displays all users

Interactive: Displays internal users
-
Third-party application: Displays API users from a third-party application
Select a user in the grid to access and edit details from the detailed view.
The Roles and activities and Site groups tabs display information set in the Roles and Site groups pages. First, you need to define these settings on these two other pages.
If roles or site groups are already set for a user, you can select the links to edit them directly from the Name field of the Roles and activities and Site groups tabs.
Create a user

Select Create.

Turn the Active toggle on.

Enter the user's first name, last name, and email address.
You cannot change the user's email address after creation. -
Turn the API user toggle on if the user has a third-party application access.

Turn the Send welcome email toggle on if you want the user to receive a welcome email.

Select Add an image to import the user's profile picture from your PC.

Turn the Administrator toggle on to give the user administrator rights.
Two administrator roles exist: Administrator and Administrator - Technical.- When Sage provides a new tenant, only one administrator exists. He can then create more administrator users.
- A tenant requires at least one active administrator user with the Administrator role.
- Only administrator users can give or modify administrator rights for other users.
- An administrator user cannot turn off his administrator rights.

Save your changes.
Edit a user

Select an existing user from the list or the selection panel.

Edit the elements you need to update.

Save your changes.
Deactivate a user
If you no longer want a user to be active:

Select the user from the list or the selection panel.

Turn the Active toggle off.

Save your modification.
