| Item |
The stock item name. |
| Lot |
The identification number or batch code the Item is stored in. Leave blank to include all lots. Lot management is only possible if the Item is managed by lot on the Item record. |
| Serial number |
The Item serial number. Leave blank to include all serial numbers. Serial number information is only available if the Item is managed with serial numbers on the Item record. |
| Site |
The stock site name. Leave blank to include all stock sites. |
| Status |
The inspection and quality assurance rating of the Item in the specific Lot or batch. You can enter or select multiple inspection and quality assurance statuses. Leave blank to include all quality control statuses. |

| On hand |
The total quantity of the Item in stock at the Site. On hand stock is the total of the Available and Allocated stock. |
| Available |
The unallocated stock quantity. Available stock is the total of the On hand stock minus the Allocated stock. |

The quantity of the Item allocated to orders to reserve the stock. |

| Allocated quantity |
The quantity of the item in the specific Lot or storage Location allocated to orders to reserve the stock. |
| Available quantity | The unallocated quantity of the item in the specific Lot or storage Location. |
| Ending serial number |
The last or highest serial number in the specific Lot or batch. |
| Expiration date |
The date after which the items in the lot should not be used. |
| Location |
The specific storage space in the warehouse or workshop for the item. Location management is only possible if activated for the stock site. |
| Lot |
The identification number or batch code the item is stored in. |
| On-hand quantity |
The total quantity of the item in the specific Lot or storage Location. On hand stock is the total of the Available quantity and Allocated quantity. |
| Owner | The stock site code. |
| Site |
The stock site name. Displayed only if the Site code in the search criteria is blank. |
| Starting serial number |
The first or lowest serial number in the specific Lot or batch. |
| Status |
The inspection and quality assurance rating of the item in the specific Lot or storage Location. |
Lot information panel
Displayed when you select Lot information from the More actions icon for an inspection status or lot.
Lot information is only available if the Item is managed by lot on the Item record.

| Creation date |
The lot creation date. |
| Expiration date |
The date after which the items in the lot should not be used. |
| Quantity |
The total quantity of the item in the lot. The quantity is expressed in the Stock unit defined for the item. |
| Sublot |
The subdivision of the lot. A sublot is for the same item as the lot but might be in a different location, have a different status, and a different quantity to the lot. |
| Supplier lot |
The identification number or batch code provided by the supplier. |
Serial number information panel
Displayed when you select Serial number information from the More actions icon for a serial-numbered stock item.
Serial number information is only available if the Item is managed with serial numbers on the Item record.

| Allocated | Selected when the serial number is reserved for production or sales. |
| Last document | The transaction number on which the serial number was received into stock. |
| Serial number | The item serial number. |
| Supplier | For purchased items, the supplier. |
| Supplier serial number |
For purchased items, the serial number provided by the supplier. This can be different from your item serial number. |
Allocations panel
Displayed when you select Allocations from the More actions icon for an inspection status or lot.

| Allocated quantity |
Header: The total quantity of the item allocated to orders to reserve the stock. Grid: The quantity of the item that is allocated or reserved for the individual order number. |
| Document number |
The individual order number that has stock of the item allocated or reserved for it. |
